This Privacy Policy applies to the Cogitate Inc. family of websites including, for example, cogitateinc.com and profundaccounting.com (“Website”).

We define your Personal Information to include your name, email address and billing information.

We are committed to providing a quality fund accounting software package. We use the information we collect to provide, protect and maintain the Services we provide you, develop new services and protect our users.

•     Communication.     From time to time, we may communicate with you via email to inform you of service-related information such as confirmation of a password change, expiration of a credit card, notification of a service issue, or availability of a new product or feature. If you provide us with your phone number, we may also contact you via phone for support reasons. When you contact us, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you may be facing with our system.

•     No Spam.     We do not sell, rent, trade or give away your Personal Information to any other organization.

•     Sharing and Disclosures with Service Providers.     We may disclose your Personal Information to third party service providers as necessary to operate our business such as, for example, providing your Personal Information for credit card processing. •     Corporate Change.     If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of our assets, we will provide you notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Application
Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the services we offer, but excludes services that may have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or other sites linked from our services. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations.

Privacy Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Minor changes will be posted to www.cogitateinc.com/privacy.html. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will announce more prominently, including, for example, sending you an email notification. Your continued usage of our Services after the effective date of the Privacy Policy change expressly constitutes consent to the new Privacy Policy.
